Where to start, I absolutely adored this book. It gripped me right from
the start and already my emotions were touched and my heart bled for
Ellis and what happened to him. I love his character straight away, he
didn't allow his past to dictate his future. Instead he used it and
manipulated it to become a better person. However, even after all the
good he does, he still doesn't allow himself to fully open up to anyone
and let himself be loved. This is until he meets Samantha Kerrigan...

She's everyone's favourite country singer and despite over controlling parents has started her own life in the spotlight and all is making it big. However, when she starts being harassed by a stalker she needs some extra security to protect her. When Ellis is hired to keep her safe, the chemistry and spark is instant. Both are powerless to resist and soon temptation gets the better of them and once it takes hold, neither is prepared for the love that takes hold of them. Each are captivated and soon it is apparent that this is so much more than either if them expected.
"Sammi, this is a dream alright, but it's one we aren't going to wake up from. I'm going to wake up next to you from now on. There's nothing that will make this dream end. Never again."
This book is not without it's twists and turns and some of the situations faced by each has you holding your breathe and your heart racing! Your rooting for them all the way through. It is clear that fate brought them together and they are one of my favourite couples and so deserving of their happily ever after.

LL Collins, in each of her books has managed to captivate us, give us amazing characters, an adventure of a story that stays with you for long afterwards. Her books pull you in and you instantly love the characters and follow their story's. I absolutely cannot wait for her next work. If your looking for a romance story with that little bit extra, then her books are for you. Amazing books that you can get lost in and love every page.
