AUTHOR SPOTLIGHT - LL Collins

Author of the Week and Spotlight

LL. Collins

These two books are two of my all time favourites. They are books that completely lock you into the story and you cannot put down. My emotions were running wild while reading either and I cannot wait to see what LL Collins produces next. Both are MUST READS!

 What do other reviewers say?

"This is a great story of overcoming loss and it's laid out with such emotion and detail. Everything is convincing." - Living Again
"At the same time, it was original and sad, and down-right-knuckle-biting-hands-shaking-heart-pounding-knees-curled-under-me crazy! I was thrilled when I could finally take a full breath, I felt like I was holding it for almost half the story."  -Reaching Rachel

"As you can see, I struggled with this book. I struggled because the thought of having to function, to remain strong, to continue to move forward when everything I’ve known has been ripped away from me and then the ghosts of that life haunt me daily. His pillow, shoes, clothes in the closet, his toothbrush, the pictures on the walls…my child’s face. Even now, I am sobbing as I write this review; this book just felt that real." - Living Again

"Reaching Rachel was a book that gave the readers the privilege of taking the healing emotional journey with Rachel as she made her way back to Devin and ultimately, back to herself. The author’s writing is spectacular. Her dialog is perfect. She doesn’t tell you what happens; she allows you to experience the “reaching of Rachel”. The development of her characters has so much depth. This allows you to understand the characters, their thoughts, motives, desires, hopes, conflicts". - Reaching Rachel
This is a story of passion, betrayal, insecurities, and healing. It's a story like no other as two people with deep wounds find each other and try to heal each other without really knowing what they are doing to begin with. Be ready for a roller coaster of emotions. You WILL feel them all.
This is a novel length book and it's thorough. Nothing is left out to the imagination, every detail you could want is there. Gut wrenching pain, it's got it. Passion that burns up the pages, it's there. True mushy love, yep.  This is a 5 STAR read in a whole category of it's own. It's the kind of book you can see going to film." - Living Again
